Let me tell you that I can’t fix anything. What I can do, is help you find the right way to work on YOU and become and be the stronger and more self confident version of you.
I’m not a psychologist or relationship therapist but I know through years or working as a coach and trainer with 100’s op people individually and in groups what the obstacles are when you start any ‘personal development’ plan.
Work & business, family life, health challenges, relatives, friends, other hobbies, expectations from differents parties…

Mental toughness, resilience, fortitude are attitudes, ways of being that are trainable equally to training your body or building a stronger immune system.
My goal is to help form, create if you will, dads and moms who know it’s important to take charge of their minds and bodies, and who want to discover and develop their inner strengths.
Men and women who want to live as an inspiration and example for their kids.
